Leading design and establishing an entire suite of tools for the first go-to virtual health platform where Medicaid and dually eligible patients get the home medical equipment and supplies they need.

Via our intuitive portal, homecare providers, case managers and managed care plans generate actionable orders for their patients in seconds.

Conduit Health

January 2023 — Current

Developed, scoped, strategized, and presented stakeholders with vision work on the future of food pickup and delivery via day to day operational management.

Scoped and designed throughout an entire product lifecycle—from definition and discovery research to development ready designs—on a core product offering aimed at allowing restaurants and internal team members a more efficient and accurate method for creating and editing their menus.

Using Scrum methodologies, developed a rollout plan and worked toward shipping designs.

ChowNow

July 2021 — December 2022

Collaborated on and shipped designs for financial products aimed at making the billing process more efficient, accurate, and understandable at cancer centers across America. Conducted generative and evaluative research, iterated upon designs, and QA-ed work. Developed relationships with PMs and engineers to scope work, identify opportunities, and achieve milestones. Actively used RICE and prioritization methodologies to identify and pursue key features.

Flatiron Health

February 2020 — July 2021

Worked with internal design and strategy teams on client work, ranging from financial, human resource, technology, etc. companies on strategic and design work. Developed value propositions, conducted stakeholder and user research, synthesized findings to create product vision decks, and more.

Frog Design

July 2018 — January 2020

Worked with small, nimble team as creators and designers of Fund Justice, a social impact site created in the wake of the Black Lives Matter protests, aimed at providing folks links and information on sources to donate to (bail funds, non-profits) and patron (black-owned local businesses).
